Public group program

A set of exercises for a group of people at the same company with various activities such as yoga,  CrossFit,  boxing,  lifting and others with adding exciting challenge among the group
members each three months in an outdoor place to stand on their improvement. This program is considered as the best practice for team building concept.

The trainer is the focal point coordinator for this program, to follow up with each group member and give the right advice to each set of exercise. 

All members will be assessed with In-body examination, body assessment and provided with a nutrition schedule at the beginning stage and by the end of the training. The training can be
conducted once or twice a week in a chosen place by the company. An awareness raising session will be given to the selected group about each activity and its importance and build a
good background about the purpose of each activity.
