Youth Sports Programs

Our Youth Sports Programs, which are held in partnership with Hive Fit Nation Gym, are suitable for all participants under-18, whether infants, children, or adolescents.
These sports programs will keep your kids active, teach sportsmanship, and let them follow a healthy lifestyle.
All of our instructors are Fully Trained, First-Aid certified and insured to teach children.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Let your kids learn combat sports, including Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai in a fun and safe environment. This is a fun and friendly class where your child will learn at their own pace. They will be given the chance to boost their confidence and learn self-defense techniques and discipline.

Kickboxing

Learning kickboxing with our coaches will help your child develop perseverance, dedication, courage, and self-control. Each child is taught in a way that meets their level and abilities and we always ensure highest levels of safety.

Gymnastics

Our children’s gymnastics classes start with the basics. We focus on advancing skills that incorporate strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Gymnastics courses are monthly and consist of group lessons where they meet three times a week.

Swimming

Swim like a fish! Under the guidance of experienced coaches and lifeguards, let your child explore their love for water.

Infant Swimming

Newborn babies can't swim — they have to learn, just like they learn to walk. Come with your baby and let them learn a valuable skill at a young age!

Our youth fitness programs focus on inspiration, motivation, and fun! Instead of following a strict exercise program, we play and have a good time.
